Uses
  • Used in tea with lemon and honey for nausea, indigestion, and cramps.
  • Used topically in a fomentation to help with sore muscles, arthritis, and stiffness.
  • Tea can also be used as a diaphoretic to help with cold and flu systems. 
  • Tea or candy can be used to help with motion sickness.
